Ralph Greco, Jr. Is Taking Down His ‘Naughty Shorts’

Instead of the usual press release or industry news, I am announcing something about/for someone I know very well; if you will allow me…my just-published short erotic fiction collection “Naughty Shorts: 34 Very Short Hot Stories” is out!

This new book from my most-favorite publisher of my work (and the very first to put out any book-length erotica from me way back in 2010) is yet another themed short story collection (very short in fact). 

Tending more to the short form in the fiction I produce, the one act plays I write and the songs I write/produce and sing, I err on the side of never wanting to bore my reader, listener, audience. Doing so, to me, is the true real cardinal sin I see perpetrated all too often. You know it well, the creator of the thing had a good idea, may have even executed it perfectly for the first few pages or through a verse and chorus, but then they just stay too long, masturbate over their skills and indulge as you are left wanting whatever it is you were enjoying to just simply…fucking…end!

Collected in this new book is thirty-four tales of an erotic stripe—some skirting the bounds of fem dom, some in the 3rd person, others first; some gay, lots hetero; some even of a futuristic/fantasy/ sci-fi type— all under the one-thousand-word count I set for myself. I figured why not give myself this restriction since so many of the tales were coming out short anyway and see where it all took me. In some cases, I feel it makes for a one-two rabid punch of naughtiness, on others I deliberately leave the reader aching like one would during a ruined orgasm, in still others I hope a reader will come (and I do mean ‘come’) to their own conclusions.

Either way, I h0pe the short shorts entertain.
